SharonPly brings India a plethora of alternatives in Pre-laminated Boards, manufactured in its state-of-the-art facility at Gummidipoondi. Particle Boards are created from wood, particular sized wood chips are used in the making of boards, bonded by synthetic resin pressed under high temperature. These robust boards are then ‘laminated’ on both sides with high quality decorated sheets of the required colour and design thus making it ready for furniture or interior making right away.
Sharon Veneers are broadly classified into four: Exoti Natura, Exoti Presto, Exoti Serena and Exoti Aura. Exoti Natura, Exoti Presto and Exoti Serena are veneer crafted from natural wood, bearing the uniqueness of the tree it originated from. Exoti Aura is veneer made of reconstituted engineered wood.
SharonPly uses advanced technology to manufacture veneers. Veneer sheets are bound together by knitting hot melt springs. Once the sheets are joined, they are then pasted on the base ply. Thus, an additional level of process is incorporated rather than simply pasting veneers, in order to ensure optimum adhesion.

Sharon Prelam Particle Boards are a time-saver. They skip the laborious process of sticking laminates to plywood or particleboard. Sharon Prelam has a more high-quality finish than the manual process, which substantially improves its consistency and durability.
The Plain Particle Boards go through a rigorous manufacturing process. They’re laminated on both sides with a specially formulated MF Resin (manufactured in-house) under high temperature and pressure in a fully-automated and advanced single-day-light short cycle process.
