Plastic pollution, caused due to plastic waste, has reached alarming heights and is increasing rapidly with every passing day. It has become a cause of global concern as it is destroying our beautiful planet and having negative repercussions on all kinds of living beings.
#iSayNoToPlastic is an initiative that SharonPly cares deeply about and we have undertaken several activities to address the growing problem of #PlasticPollution
#QuenchTheThirst
#QuenchTheThirst is an #iamstrongest initiative to help the birds and animals among us during the summer.
With this initiative we were able to distribute more than 1000 water bowls all around Chennai.
#PlantForPlanet
In June 2019, SharonPly conducted an online contest during the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup and for every run that Team India scored in the event, donated an equal number of Tree saplings to the public. A total of 2766 saplings were distributed under this program. In July-Aug 2019, SharonPly was TNPL2019 Strength Partner and used this occasion to spread awareness about caring for the environment. A total of 2000 saplings were distributed during this event.
